We may also ask you to provide details such as your gender, age range, hair style, and clothing preference to generate the best quality photos. Depending on your location, applicable laws might define the information we collect to generate your photos as a biometric identifier, biometric information, or biometric data.
  • Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional Personal Data about you, such as your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Payment Information. If you purchase our Services, your payment-related information is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf, and we gather related information such as records of the Services purchased.

We take steps to delete uploaded selfie photos used to create your Faceport (AI face model) after they are no longer needed for processing purposes. Your AI-generated photos are retained for as long as your account is active.

When determining specific retention periods, we consider the type of service provided, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law.


5. Your Rights

Update Your Information. You can update your account and profile information through your account settings. You can close your account by emailing us at contact@acutstudio.com.

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Depending on where you reside, you may have the following additional rights:

  • Access and Portability. You may ask us to provide you with a copy of the Personal Data we maintain about you.
  • Rectification and Deletion. You may ask us to update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, or to have it deleted.
